Bwat

Bwat on the web

From a pile of files to a finished report

Upload the PDFs, spreadsheets and photos you're working from, then say what you need. Bwat reads them, checks the web when it has to, and shows you where every fact came from. When you need something to send, it writes the Word document, spreadsheet or slide deck and hands you the file.

Works in any modern browser. Nothing to install.

It shows its sources

Every fact in an answer carries a small number. Click it and you're looking at the page it came from, so you can check a claim before you repeat it. Attach your own documents and Bwat answers from those instead.

  • Reads PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, photos and audio
  • Searches the web when the question needs something current
  • Follow-up questions don't need the whole story again

Which of these three quotes is the better deal over five years?

  • Read 3 quotes
  • Checked the warranty terms
  • Worked out the five-year cost

Quote B costs more up front but works out UGX 2.4M cheaper over five years, because servicing is included 1 and the panels carry a ten-year warranty 2. Quote C leaves out installation, so its price isn't comparable 3.

Ask for the document, get the document

Ask for a report and you get a Word file you can open and edit. Ask for a budget and you get a spreadsheet with working formulas. Slide decks, PDFs and CSVs work the same way, so there's no copying text out of a chat window.

Turn my notes into a one-page brief for Thursday's board meeting.

  • Read your notes
  • Pulled the numbers from Q3 figures.xlsx
  • Wrote the brief

Done. The three decisions the board needs to make are at the top. One thing to check: your notes say revenue grew 18%, but the spreadsheet shows 14%. I used 14% and marked it.

Projects keep a big job in one place

Working on the same thing for weeks? Put the files in a Project once. Every chat inside it can search them, and the colleagues you invite work from the same set.

  • Upload PDFs, Word files, slides, spreadsheets, text and audio
  • Sort them into folders
  • Invite people by email and manage who has access

Make a picture

Generate a new image, or attach one and ask for changes.

Bwat drafts the post. Once you approve it, it publishes now or schedules it for later.

Remind you

Say "remind me on Friday to chase the invoice" and it will.

Read it to you

Turn a long document or article into audio you can listen to later.

Remember you

Bwat keeps a short note of facts about you, so you don't repeat yourself. Switch it off any time.

Pay with mobile money

Plans are priced in your currency. Pay with MTN or Airtel Mobile Money, or a card.

Try one of these

Each one opens in a new chat, ready to edit. Attach your files before you send it.

Turn a folder of documents into a decision brief

“Read the documents I've attached and write me a decision brief. Split it into what's confirmed, what's disputed and what's missing. Give the source and page for every important claim, and finish with the three decisions a person still has to make.”

Turn rough notes into a report

“Turn these notes and attachments into a clear report for a senior reader. Keep the facts and figures exactly as they are, flag anything you can't verify, and give it to me as a Word document with a one-page summary at the front.”
